Travis Kelce has an idea of what he wants to do after retiring from the NFL.

The Kansas City Chiefs player, 34, revealed during the latest episode of his New Heights podcast with brother Jason Kelce that he has his eyes set on becoming an NFL broadcaster after his time on the team.

“I want to broadcast when I’m done playing,” he shared.

When his brother asked him what he specifically “wanted to do” in broadcasting, Travis explained that he wanted to continue to be in the thick of football games, calling out the plays.

“I want to be right here and tell them about the game, the old ball coach, ladies and gentlemen,” Travis said while putting on a sports caller lilt to his voice, as Jason, 36, laughed.

“I want to do that,” he continued. “I wanna be the talking head that calls the games.”

The discussion began after Jason said that he would consider buying a minority stake in his former team, the Philadelphia Eagles, after recent news broke that the team’s owner, Jeffrey Lurie, was exploring the sale, per CBS.

Trav, should we try and buy some of it?” Jason asked. However, his brother noted that it was a tough thing to do, citing Tom Brady’s difficulty buying a minority stake in the Las Vegas Raiders due to it messing with his “TV deals.”
